I love Honey Brunch so much! I've been there a couple times now and everything is so fresh. Definitely family run, the owner is almost always there cooking and sometimes her mom is working the register. Everyone that works there is incredibly nice and ready to answer any questions. The French toast is amazing and super fresh, pretty sure the challah they use is baked locally. The peach cobbler stuffed french toast is so good! There's a cinnamon cream cheese filling and it's topped with peach compote that they make in house. My favorite sandwich is definitely the Honey. With a hash brown and hot honey on it, it's great on an everything bagel! I've also tried the poutine brunch bowl and that is amazing as well. The cheese curds get all melty and the fried egg is perfectly cooked. All around great spot, located in Parkville Market, and it opens at 8am ahead of the rest of the market! So if you're looking for a breakfast spot in Hartford, this is your place! Definitely try them out!

Did you know parkville market does breakfast? I didn't, until just recently when I decided to find a new breakfast spot and this place came up on my list.Came here just as they opened, and honey brunch was the only open stall. I ordered the pollen smoothie, a cold brew coffee, a churro Nutella donut, and their fluffernutter special French toast with real maple syrup.Owner operator was alone, fried up a fresh donut for me while I watched. She makes all donuts on order. No donuts are made in advanced. Needless to say it was delicious. Crispy outside, warm and pillowy soft inside. Sweet and slightly messy, a nice breakfast treat. The cold brew coffee uses a dark roast from a local roaster. Good quality, not bitter but very potent. Needed a little milk to curb the heavy roasted coffee flavors. The pollen smoothie was a tad too sweet. I was hoping that there would be some pollen on top but it was just a name. The French toast was a very good bread and the honey peanut butter was sweet and earthy. The marshmallow fluff was very gooey, and the bread was a tad too fresh so the custard didn't absorb very well. The real maple syrup was a very dark syrup, which has a lot of caramel notes and a woody finish. Very tasty with the sweet of the French toast and toppings. The price is a little high. 4 dollars for a donut is up there, but it's really fresh so it makes up for the price. Everything else is comparable pricing to the other stalls, so not bad. It's a great addition to the market, and worth a try if you're around. I can see them getting very busy with fresh donuts, and I hope they can keep up with demand when people find them. Right now they are relatively new, so there's not a lot of buzz yet. If you're looking for an up and coming star, this place has the qualities of one.

We couldn't find the location at first, but it was well worth searching for! It's in the awesome Parkville Complex!! The staff was awesome, the food was delicious (tater tot breakfast bowl!) - they even have fresh donuts! We were there super early, so me missed the DJ Jazz brunch! Definitely a super cool place, and a yummy start to our day!! ❤️

I have come here a couple of times now and the food is amazing!! My favorite is the burnt ends eggs benedict but the honey sandwich and the poutine brunch bowl are so good also. Everyone that works there is so nice and the owner is there almost every day and is so sweet.

Can't get enough of Honey Brunch! Been back several times since they opened. The hot honey sandwich is SO good, but I cannot wait to try all the egg benedicts!
Every experience has been top tier! Tell your friends and enemies to check them out.
Don't sleep on the fresh donuts either. Can't wait to go back.

Not to sound dramatic, but I ate one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had in my life from this place. And I'm not even a breakfast person! Donuts were delicious as well. I already can't wait to try more things off the menu
